Lube City Garage LLC – Mobile Mechanic Services Terms & Conditions
Services
Lube City Garage LLC provides mobile mechanic services, including but not limited to diagnostics, oil changes, brake repair, battery replacement, and other general automotive maintenance and repair. All services are performed at the customer’s designated location, subject to accessibility and safety.
Appointments & Availability
Services are available by appointment only. While we strive to arrive on time, arrival windows may vary due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen delays. Customers will be notified of any changes to scheduled times.
Estimates & Pricing
Prevailing labor rate applies. Labor time is determined by commercially recognized "manual flat rate time" guides or function thereof, which may be more or less than actual labor time.
All quotes are estimates based on the information provided and a visual inspection (if needed). Final pricing may vary if additional issues are found during the repair process.
Customers will be contacted for approval before any work beyond the initial estimate is performed.
Payment
Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, or digital payments.
Returned payments or chargebacks may incur additional fees. If repair/services are referred to an attorney for legal action, the customer agrees to pay all attorney fees and court costs.
Shop Supplies Fee
All service jobs may include a shop supplies fee to cover the cost of consumables such as cleaners, lubricants, gloves, rags, hardware, sealants, or other items used during the repair process.
This fee is typically a small flat rate or a percentage of the total labor cost and is non-negotiable.
Parts Breakage Disclaimer
Lube City Garage LLC is not responsible for any pre-existing damage, rusted, seized, worn, or brittle parts that may break, crack, or become unusable during repair or service.
In such cases, the customer is responsible for additional labor and replacement part(s) costs.
Warranty
We offer a limited 90-day labor warranty on services unless otherwise specified. Parts warranties are subject to manufacturer terms.
This warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, accidents, or repairs done by third parties after our service.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows(15 min grace period starts when technician arrives at service location)may be subject to a service fee of $75.(Deposit fee will be applied towards repair)
Liability
Lube City Garage LLC is not liable for pre-existing mechanical issues, damage unrelated to our service, or delays caused by unavailable parts, weather conditions, or unsafe working environments.
Customers are responsible for providing a safe, accessible workspace.
Customer Responsibility
Customers must provide accurate vehicle information and disclose any known issues. Failure to do so may result in delays, incomplete work, or additional charges.
We reserve the right to refuse service if the vehicle or worksite conditions are unsafe.
CUSTOMER MUST REMOVE ALL PERSONAL PROPERTY.
Lube City Garage LLC assumes no responsibility for damage or loss to the vehicle or its contents, including any automobile accessories or other articles of personal property left in, or attached to, the vehicle when it is left for repair, and/or road testing.
Lube City Garage LLC shall not responsible for any delay in performing authorized repair(s).
Mobile Service Limitations
Not all repairs can be completed on-site. If a job cannot be completed in the field due to complexity, space limitations, or safety concerns, a tow or referral to a certified shop may be recommended.
Mechanics’ Lien
In accordance with applicable laws governed under Article 22 of Title 38 of the Colorado Revised Statutes (§38-22-101 et seq.), Lube City Garage LLC reserves the right to file a Mechanics’ Lien on any vehicle for which full payment has not been received upon completed repairs/services.
This may include labor, parts, and legal fees. Vehicle may be legally held or subject to lien sale for recovery of unpaid amounts.
In the event of any legal action, dispute, or claim arising from services rendered. The initiating party (plaintiff)agrees to be solely responsible for all legal fees, court costs, attorney fees, and related expenses, regardless of outcome—unless otherwise ordered by a court of law.
Trademarks, Branding & Website Content
All branding associated with Lube City Garage LLC, including but not limited to its name, logo, slogan, promotional materials, photos, and website content, is the company’s exclusive intellectual property.
- Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any visual or written content is strictly prohibited.
- Customers, vendors, or third parties may not copy, alter, or use the company’s logo, media, or images for personal, commercial, or competitive purposes without prior written consent.
- Website photos and content are copyright protected and may not be reused, republished, or modified without permission.
Legal action may be taken against any party that violates these intellectual property protections.
Agreement to Terms
By booking services with Lube City Garage LLC, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
Terms are subject to change without notice.
Text Messages & Data Rates
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages regarding appointment confirmations, service updates, promotions, and important notifications.
Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP.”
Typos and Errors Disclaimer
Lube City Garage LLC is not responsible for typographical errors, spelling mistakes, or inadvertent inaccuracies in this document.

WARRANT DISCLAIMER: ALL PARTS ARE SOLD AND ALL REPAIRS PROVIDED BY LUBE CITY GARAGE LLC AS-IS. LUBE CITY GARAGE LLC HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS AND IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NEITHER ASSUMES NOR AUTHORIZES ANY OTHER PERSON TO ASSUME FOR IT ANY LIABLITY IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE OF ANY PARTS OR ACCESSORIES OR ANY REPAIRS PERFORMED TO THE VEHICLE. THE ONLY WARRANTIES ON PARTS AND ACCESSORIES OR REPAIRS ARE THOSE WHICH MAY BE OFFERED BY THE MANUFACTURER OR ORIGINAL PARTS DISTRIBUTOR AND ONLY SUCH MANUFACTURER OR DISTRIBUTOR SHALL BE LIABLE FOR PERFORMANCE UNDER SUCH WARRANTIES. CUSTOMER SHALL NOT BE ENTITLED TO RECOVER FROM LUBE CITY GARAGE LLC ANY CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, DAMAGES TO PROPERTY, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF TIME, LOSS OF PROFIT OR INCOME, OR ANY OTHER INCIDENTAL DAMAGES.
DISASSEMBLY/REASSEMBLY CHARGES: If you authorize disassembly of the vehicle or a vehicle component to provide an estimate or commencement of repairs and do not authorize completion of a repair or service, a charge will be imposed for disassembly, reassembly or partially completed work and you agree to pay the same authorized estimated amount. Such charges will be directly related to the actual amount of labor and parts involved in the inspection, repair or service.
PAYMENT TERMS: I agree to pay for the inspection and repairs I authorize, along with the necessary materials, in Cash, approved credit card or digital payment upon completion of the Repairs unless Lube City Garage LLC agrees to other payment arrangements in advance. An express mechanics’ lien is hereby acknowledged to secure the cost of labor, materials, any other authorized charges and costs incurred to enforce our lien.
By giving Lube City Garage LLC authorization to repair/service my vehicle I agree that: (1) I have read the Terms & Conditions and I authorize the completion of the repairs/services recommended accordance with the terms and conditions herein; (2) Lube City Garage LLC is not responsible for any delays caused by the unavailability of parts or shipping by the parts manufacturer, distributor or transporter or for any loss or damage to the vehicle or articles left in the vehicle in case of fire, theft, hail, wind or any other cause beyond its control:(3) Lube City Garage LLC may operate the vehicle on streets, highways or public roadways for the purpose of testing and/or inspecting the vehicle; and (4) I authorize the retrieval of on-board data as needed to facilitate vehicle repairs and the sharing of that data with the vehicle manufacturer for diagnostic or research purposes.
PARTS: All parts installed are new original/after market manufacturer equipment unless otherwise indicated. Remanufactured and refurbished parts that meet manufacturer approved source part requirements may be installed upon prior notification. You are entitled to have replaced parts returned to you upon request.
ESTIMATE:
Estimate includes shop supply costs, labor cost, parts cost, sales tax and related repairs/services will be shown on estimate prior to customer authorization of repairs/services.
